ASP’s knowledge of the event industry allows it to offer advice and opinions gained across countless projects.  Unlike other web suppliers we truly understand the industry and it’s needs. 

Training - Marketing

In addition to normal product training we also carry out specialist training days on subjects such as Email Marketing Do’s & Don’ts and Search Engine Optimization.

Training – Sales

We have also trained sales people on the product so that they are more confident in selling advertising and sponsorship on the website.  As a result some clients have returned impressive profits on their website. 

Training – Operations

We work with the operations team to ensure they have the knowledge to assist all exhibitor inquiries that arise from the website. We also sit down and discuss data flow and integrity to ensure they have the right contacts.

Product Development

ASP is continuously developing SHOWOFF and the schedule is revised regularly to ensure that prioritized developments will benefit our clients most.

Maintenance

With our core contract we include maintenance time so that the marketing team is confident we are with them the whole show cycle.

Follow-up

We arrange post show meetings whenever possible to ensure everything went smoothly, to encourage feedback and listen to clients future requirements.
