ASP is very conscious of the impact it has on the wider community and aims to keep the negative effects to a minimum and generally do good things as and when we can.  We are always looking for new ways to 'do our bit', particularly in the environmental sector, so please get in touch if you have any suggestions!

• ASP encourages electronic communication by offering marketing solutions to help reduce print and postage volumes
• We have reduced printing internally and externally and encourage our clients to do the same
• We don't produce hard copy training manuals, which generally sit in someone's drawer unused, and store all documents online and or electronically where possible

• ASP advocates making effective use of events so that companies can reduce travel time – meeting together as an industry at one time and in one place
• ASP's electronic systems help to facilitate meetings to make the most of time spent at an event

• We recycle bottles, cans, paper, cardboard and printer cartridges
• The branded promotional items we giveaway are made from recycled materials, where possible
• We've donated old computers and screens to ComputerAid for schools in developing countries
• Office furniture and equipment that we no longer needed have been donated to charity

• Our annual Secret Santa has been replaced with donating money for chickens, goats, blankets, vaccines, school dinners and tree seedlings for families in developing countries 
• We've donated a website and support the St Christophers Hospice - a facility for those that have cancer, motor neurone disease, severe heart failure or chest disease
• The Christmas cards we sent out in 2006 were made from recycled paper and included a donation to charity.  For Christmas 2007 we created an e-card and made a donation to WWF.

The ASP USA office recently purchased a Toyota Prius to be used for all company business! 

The ASP UK offices are located close to rail, bus and tram links to encourage the use of public transport when employees or clients visit offices.  In fact, 99.9% of the time public transport used is for client meetings, prospect meetings, conferences and exhibitions.

ASP also employ remote meeting software for some meetings therefore also reducing our travel requirements further.
